ATTENTION PARENTS:

  • Parent Meeting Monday November 17, 2008 in the band room. 1 hour only so write down your questions. CTMB Gear will be available at the meeting.
  • Performances on November 21(there are 2 performances this day), November 22
  • Formal Uniforms w/ turtlenecks for the winter seasons. All Axillary must have fleeces for the winter season.
  • Parents must wear layers under Green/Black Blazers for the winter seasons.
  • Parents please clean/febreeze overlays if excessively dirty/smelly.
  • Please attend the meeting for more details on performances,fund raisers,attire,times,transportation etc....

  • Study periods will be on the bus. Students must bring books.

  • 5:00pm Arrive at TSU
  • 6:00pm Auditions with Dr. Lee/ campus tour
  • 7:30pm Sit in on band rehearsal
  • 9:30pm check-in/ get unpacked
  • 11:00pm lights out
November 8, 2008 Saturday Homecoming Parade
  • 6:00 am Breakfast
  • 7:00am band practice
  • 8:30 am pack and check out
  • 9:00 am leave for parade
  • 10:00am parade performance
  • 12:00pm lunch
